Shipping Policy

 

Our shipping policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the delivery of products purchased through our online store:

 

1. Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 days after payment confirmation. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

 

2. Shipping Rates:

Typically for orders under £100.00 a £2.99 delievery fee applies. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

3. Shipping Destinations: 

We currently ship to addresses within England, Scotland and Wales.

 

4. Delivery Time: 

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times will be provided upon checkout.

Tracked 24: Royal Mail aims to deliver your parcel within 1 Working Day, but does not guarantee it. Sometimes, there's delays and they'll attempt to deliver it the following day. The only guaranteed next day delivery Royal Mail offers is Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm.

Tracked 48: Royal Mail aims to deliver your parcel within 2 - 3 Working Days, but does not guarantee it. Sometimes there's delays and it may take 3 - 4 Working Days to receive your parcel.

 

5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

 

6. Shipping Address Accuracy: 

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate. We will not be liable for any delays or losses resulting from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

 

7. Undeliverable Packages: 

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred for re-delivery.

 

8. Shipping Restrictions: 

Some products may have shipping restrictions or cannot be shipped to certain locations. These restrictions will be noted on the product page if applicable.

 

9. Shipping Policy Changes: 

We reserve the right to update or modify our shipping policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

Return Policy

 

Here at The Complete Card Shop, we're always working to ensure you're completely satisfied with your expierence. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a simple return policy to ensure your shopping experience is smooth and convenient. Please review the following guidelines for returning items purchased from our online store:

 

1. Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unopened, unused and with the packaging intact.

 

2. Initiation of Return:

To initiate a return, please contact our team within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return. We’re unable to provide a refund after this time has passed.

3. Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part, such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product.

 

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of your items.

 

4. Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment within 3 days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Refunds may take some time to reflect in your account depending on your payment provider's processing time.

 

5. Damaged or Defective Items:

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.

 

6. Order Cancellation:

You may cancel your at any time before the item is despatched for shipping but are subject to a 3% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This covers the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged when the initial transaction is made. To cancel, please contact us at bobby@thecompletecardshop.co.uk with your order details. Please note that pre orders cannot be cancelled due to the purchase and allocation of stock.
